Umeral Chakra
The Umeral chakra is a centre of inner reconnection of the being. Considered the spiritual chakra, because it is through it that the energies connect. It is the mediumistic and protective chakra, because it balances excess positive and negative energies. It is an energy manager. It is through it that we receive, in the first place, all spiritual contacts. This chakra, when out of balance, can lead to living in a pessimistic, negative and defeatist way. We recommend making internal and external use simultaneously.
Internal use: take two drops of the floral formula diluted in water once a day.
External use: drip 2 drops of the floral formula onto the skin, over the chakra to be treated or dilute in gel, cream or lotion and apply to the place of the chakra to be treated or the heart chakra. External use can be replaced by taking a second dose at an interval of 1 hour.

Using 2 floral formulas each month.
We recommend using them internally and externally simultaneously.
Internal Use: take two drops of the floral formula diluted in water, once a day.
External Use: drip two drops of the Floral Formula onto the skin over the chakra being treated, or dilute in a gel, cream or lotion and apply to the equivalent chakra or the heart chakra.
You can replace external use, taking a second dose with an interval of 1 hour.

Morning: 1st Basic Chakra take and apply to the navel region or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
Night: Shoulder Chakra take and apply to the back at the level of the heart or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
2nd Month
Morning: 2nd Sacral Chakra take and apply 3cm below the navel or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
Night: Thymus Chakra take and apply in the thymus region or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
3rd Month
Morning: 3rd Solar Plexus Chakra take and apply in the stomach region or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
Night: Shoulder Chakra take and apply on the back at the level of the heart or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
4th Month
Morning: 4th Heart Chakra take and apply in the center of the chest, at the level of the heart.
Night: Thymus Chakra take and apply in the thymus region or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
5th Month
Morning: Shoulder Chakra take and apply on the back at the level of the heart or over the 4th Heart Chakra. Night: 5th Laryngeal Chakra take and apply to the center of the throat or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
6th Month
Morning: Thymus Chakra take and apply to the thymus region or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
Night: 6th Frontal Chakra take and apply to the center of the forehead between the eyebrows or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
7th Month
Morning: Shoulder Chakra take and apply to the back at the level of the heart or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
Night: 7th Crown Chakra take and apply to the top of the head or over the 4th Heart Chakra.
After finishing the 7-month cycle, repeat the sequence until you finish the Flower Essences.
